I am obsessed with English muffins. I love making ANY hot sandwich with them but they are also amazing with plain ol’ butter or some cream cheese. There’s nothing like smelling an English muffin cooking in the toaster. Simply heaven. But I’m also trying to lose a bit of weight. Enter 90 Second Bread…..

If you are eating Keto or low carb, this 90 Second Bread is a great substitute for an English muffin. Simple ingredients and quick to cook! Great for a snack or lunch as part of a tuna melt.
You simply mix ingredients in a small bowl. Microwave for 90 seconds and done.

These Keto bagels are insanely good too!!

- 3 tbsp Almond Flour
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt (or just a pinch)
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- In a microwave safe bowl (small) melt butter in the microwave.
- Mix in all other ingredients and stir well.
- Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds.
