My favorite vegetable by far are Brussels Sprouts. They are so versatile and compliment almost any main dish. You can grill, roast or pan fry them. Or even eat them raw thinly shredded in salads.

One thing that I have really enjoyed during this cleanse are sweet potato chips. In the Standard Process Purification cleanse you can have 1/2 a sweet potato every day. And we have. They are amazing with guacamole and give me that tiny feeling that I’m cheating and having something sinful.
