EASY Dijon Maple Chicken Breasts
No marinating! But results in extremely juicy and delicious chicken breast. Cooks perfectly.

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup dijon
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Salt & pepper
  • fresh rosemary
  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. In small bowl, whisk together mustard, syrup and vinegar.
  3. Place chicken in 9x13 baking dish (I spray with olive oil to prevent sticking. Season thoroughly with salt and pepper on both sides of chicken. Spoon mixture over chicken. Make sure each breast is coated well. Add more pepper.
  4. No need to marinate!
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes until chicken reaches 165.
  6. Season with fresh rosemary.
