Easy Zucchini Hummus
Serves: 4-6 servings
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • ⅛-1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4-6 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup fresh lemon or lime juice
  • ¾ cup sesame seeds
  • ¾ cup tahini (SEE NOTES)
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • sea salt to taste
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
If you are on the Standard Process Purification 21 Day Cleanse you cannot use store bought tahini. It's simple to make your own!

HOMEMADE TAHINI: Pour 2 cups of raw sesame seeds on a shallow baking sheet. Heat oven to 350 and roast 7-10 minutes. Shaking the pan a few times. Do not let them brown! Add them into blender with ⅛-1/4 cup olive oil and process until smooth like peanut butter.
