Low Carb Keto 90 Second Bread
Quick and easy low carb Keto bread that is similar to an english muffin. I love to make a tuna melt with this bread!
  • 3 tbsp Almond Flour
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt (or just a pinch)
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  1. In a microwave safe bowl (small) melt butter in the microwave.
  2. Mix in all other ingredients and stir well.
  3. Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds.
