EVERYTHING BUT THE BAGEL BAKED CHICKEN
Well, I’m back. FINALLY. I’m not going to go on and on about how stressful 2020 was and how burnt out I was at the end of the year, all of the projects we started thanks to quarantine (including our chickens which we adore) and how busy I’ve (we’ve) been with my husband starting a new business. I will say that all of those are true but, now that I’m approaching almost a year since my last post, I feel very motivated after the break and have recovered from at least those first 2 things. 🙂
EVERYTHING BAGEL BAKED CHICKEN
I am starting back with a crazy simple recipe that I came across a few months ago. You can find it all over Pinterest so I’m not exactly sure who to credit. But we love it. It will be on repeat as a quick staple meal in our house.
This Everything But The Bagel Baked Chicken recipe is great for a quick weeknight dinner! You can serve it with anything from potatoes, asparagus, brussels sprouts and/or a basic salad. Also perfect for the air fryer as well!
If you want a heartier meal, this would be fantastic chopped and added to a bowl of pasta tossed in olive oil and chopped spinach or roasted broccoli.
INGREDIENTS | Everything Bagel chicken
There are only 4.
- Chicken tenderloin (or sliced chicken breast works as well)

- Butter
That’s it.

Use chicken tenderloins or slice a chicken breast like I did.

Mix everything bagel seasoning with panko bread crumbs.

Coat chicken in melted butter then panko mix. Bake chicken until internal temperature is 165.
