It’s February and Valentine’s Day is around the corner! Nothing like waiting until the last minute but I wanted to share these cute Silly Straw Valentine cards.
My son is in preschool and I have been researching non-candy ideas and was very happy to come across these crazy straw Valentine’s Day cards. We are also going to staple a Yum Earth Organinc sucker to the card to give them a sweet treat as well. I can’t resist!
MY FAVORITE SILLY STRAW VALENTINE CARDS
Stay Silly My Friend Silly Straw Valentine Card
This first Silly Straw Valentine’s Day Card (courtesy of Tonality Designs) is the one I chose to go with. I love the colors and it has a “from” field which is required at my son’s preschool.

You’re A Crazy Awesome Friend Crazy Straw Valentine
I love the colors thatswhatchesaid uses in her printables. Especially this crazy straw Valentine. She has SO many Valentine’s Day cards for kids and I highly recommend looking at her blog.

Loopty Loop Silly Straw Valentine
Most of the Valentine’s Day straw cards use the words “silly” or “crazy”. This card created by joyintheworks uses “Loopty Loop” in a very creative way. I did not go with this card simply because it was a bit too “mushy” for my son. Ha ha! But it was definitely one of my favorites.

Sip Sip Hooray Valentine’s Day Card
A lot of the silly straw cards using “Sip Sip Hooray” are very creative but are for sale on Etsy. I am an Etsy seller and do love supporting Etsy but this post is about free printables. I found a great free printable from rufflesandrainboots.com!

I’m So Crazy About You Valentine’s Day Card
Again, this one was a little too “feely” for my son, but this card from ishouldbemoppingthefloor.com would’ve been perfect for his class part with the “from” field.
I also really like her blog too. She has lots of great DIY projects, printables, and other creative tips. As well as free fonts! She has a post dedicated to free Valentine’s fonts (with full instructions on how to download and install them). You can easily create your own design if any of these printables aren’t what you are looking for.

Strawtastic Crazy Straw Valentine Card
For our needs, this was my second choice. I let my son choose between the two non-mushy cards and he ultimately went with the first option in my list (I think because the colors are a bit brighter). But this crazy straw Valentine’s Day card from Simplistically Living is adorable and I think I may sneak it on a few of them because I love it so much. 🙂
